Mountain Valley Turkey Trot

Mountain Valley Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day run/walk in La Grande, Oregon. The course covers 3.2 miles as a fun run or walk through Island City, beginning and ending at Mountain Valley Therapy’s parking lot. It is an all-ages, family-friendly event that invites the community to cheer and participate.

Proceeds benefit a local nonprofit, with this year’s funds supporting the La Grande Swim Club, which promotes youth swimming and physical activity in schools. Organized by Mountain Valley Therapy and MVFH, the Turkey Trot preserves a holiday tradition while giving back to local youths and fitness programs. Registration is online.
