Mountainside PAL Cop Trot 5K

Mountainside PAL Cop Trot 5K & Tot Trot is a community running event in Mountainside, New Jersey, held at Deerfield School, 302 Central Avenue. The program features a 5K race and a Tot Trot for young children, with proceeds supporting the Mountainside PAL and local youth programs such as fall sports, flag football, travel basketball, open gym, and community events.
