Mt. Ashland Trail Run
The Mt. Ashland Trail Run, held at Mt. Ashland Ski Area in Ashland, Oregon, offers a challenging and scenic mountain running experience.
Participants can choose from several distances: a Half Marathon (13.3 miles, 2,315 feet elevation gain), a Half+ (17.2 miles, 3,236 feet climbing), or the Summit Challenge featuring 1 to 3 laps of a 3.9-mile course with nearly 1,000 feet of vertical climb per lap. The courses traverse trails like Bull Gap and Upper Eastview, with significant climbs and descents through forest roads and summit trails. The event fosters a festive atmosphere, including a finish party with refreshments and an Oktoberfest celebration.
