About the race
Mt. McLane Race is GTG Outdoors’ fifth annual running event in Waco, Texas, held at McLane Stadium. The weekend offers 5K and 10K options, with a course that carries runners from the field to the stadium’s top walkway, delivering riverfront views and a memorable, stadium-centered route.
The event emphasizes a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, including free entry for children 12 and under when registered with a guardian. Every registration includes a custom numbered bib, a finisher medal, and a paleta from La Azteca. Proceeds support GTG Outdoors’ mission to keep kids active and outdoors.
