Mt. Spokane Trail Run

The Mt. Spokane Trail Run is a scenic running event taking place from September 5 to September 14, 2025, at Mt. Spokane State Park.

Participants can choose from various distances, including a 5K, 10K, and 25K, all starting and finishing at Selkirk Lodge. Runners will enjoy beautiful trails while receiving a finisher shirt, medal, and food. The event also supports local youth sports through its charity partner, Spokane Athletic Co-Op.
