Mt. Tabor Tar 'n' Trail

Mt. Tabor Tar 'n' Trail is a fundraising running event held at scenic Mt. Tabor Park in Southeast Portland, Oregon.

The race offers a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, and a kids’ 5K, benefiting the Friends of Mount Tabor Park. The course winds through the park's three marked trails—the Red, Green and Blue—featuring a hilly, mixed-surface route of paved roads and dirt paths. The 5K uses the Blue Trail, while the 10K covers all three trails.
