Mt. Tabor Tar 'n' Trail

The Mt. Tabor Tar 'n' Trail is a fundraising running event held in scenic Mt. Tabor Park, Southeast Portland, Oregon.

It features a 10K run, a 5K run/walk, and a 5K kids run for ages 12 and under. The courses are challenging and hilly, combining paved roads and dirt trails, hence the name "Tar 'n' Trail." The park offers three forested loops: the 1-mile Red Trail, 1.7-mile Green Trail, and 3-mile Blue Trail. The 5K uses the Blue Trail, while the 10K covers all three loops in sequence.
