Murphysboro Mud Monster

The Murphysboro Mud Monster Run is an obstacle and mud challenge held at Riverside Park in Murphysboro, Illinois. The event features a roughly 5-kilometer course with over 18 obstacles, including mud trenches, foam pits, ice baths, ropes, low crawls, slip and slides, and teamwork challenges.
