About the race
MVMNTUM is a fitness and running event held in Cincinnati, Ohio at the University of Cincinnati Nippert Stadium. The day offers three event formats: FULL, RELAY, and HALF. The Full combines rowing, bodyweight exercises, and a run through the UC campus for a challenging experience that encourages participants of all fitness levels to push themselves.
The Half scales back the rowing, reps, and running, while the Relay lets a trio split the Full course. Heats are scheduled in the morning. Proceeds benefit the MVMNTUM Corporation, a Christian-based organization supporting healthy physical and spiritual development through mentorship.
