About the race
On December 13, 2025, the Moreno Valley Road Runners Club stages the 12th Annual Jingle Bell 5K Run and Kids 1-Mile Race at Lake Perris State Recreation Area in Perris, California. The event features a flat, traffic-free 5K course that starts and finishes in the Dam Area and a 1-mile kids’ race for ages 12 and under, offering a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Runners enjoy a historic lakeside route along the Lake Perris Dam, with medals for all finishers and shirts for the first 50 registrants.
Park admission is $10. Participants are encouraged to donate open gifts for Christmas. The lakefront setting and festive theme help create a friendly, community-focused atmosphere for all ages. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
