About the race
The Naatsisaan Trail Races take place at Navajo Mountain High School in Utah, offering a unique running experience on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The event features three distances: a challenging 50K Ultra, a 10-mile race, and a non-competitive 5K, all set against the stunning landscapes of Dine’ Bikeyah. Courses traverse dirt roads, old doubletrack, and trails around Lost Mesa, with dramatic mountain views and varied terrain including climbs and canyon routes.
Aid stations provide energy gels, food, and fluids. Runners must prepare for volatile weather conditions typical of the high desert. The event includes a community cook-out, live music, and camping options at the high school.
