Nat Greene's Revenge Triathlon

Nat Greene's Revenge Triathlons and Duathlon is a full-day multisport event held at Lake Brandt Marina in Greensboro, North Carolina. The program features three races: On-Road Triathlon (800m swim, 12.5-mile bike, 3.25-mile run), On-Road Duathlon (2-mile run, 12.5-mile bike, 3.25-mile run), and an Off-Road Triathlon (800m swim, 14.5 miles of mountain biking, 5K trail run). The morning focuses on road racing with calm open-water swimming, while the afternoon shifts to trail riding and running on Nat Greene’s Trail and surrounding paths.
