National Capital 20 Miler

National Capital 20 Miler and Janet Braunstein 5 Miler is a DC-area running event held at Carderock Recreation Area on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath in Potomac, Maryland. Runners may choose the National Capital 20 Miler or the Janet Braunstein 5 Miler. The course is a flat, fast out-and-back on the Towpath, with water and nutrition support at regular intervals.
