Navesink

The Navesink 4 is an annual running event held in Middletown, New Jersey, featuring a scenic 4-mile run and a 2-mile walk. The course runs along Cooper Road, offering mostly shaded paths with rolling hills and views of horse farms, creating a picturesque and enjoyable atmosphere. The event celebrates its 5th anniversary in 2025 and is sponsored by the Jersey Shore Running Club.

Participants receive limited-edition tie-dye shirts, and a lively post-race party is hosted at Birdsmouth Brewing in Oceanport. New team competitions are available, including all-male, all-female, and co-ed categories, encouraging group participation and camaraderie.
