The NCR Marathon, hosted by the Baltimore Road Runners Club, is Baltimore’s oldest continuously running USATF certified marathon, held annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The race takes place on the scenic Northern Central Railroad Trail (Torrey C. Brown Trail) in Maryland, featuring a mostly flat, out-and-back course along a crushed gravel and dirt path beside Big Gunpowder Falls.

Starting and finishing at Oldfields School in Sparks Glencoe, the marathon offers a net downhill of 151 feet and is a popular Boston Marathon qualifier. Participants enjoy water and energy stops, chip timing, and receive a unique sweatshirt blanket and fleece hoodie as race premiums. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
