About the race
New England DEKA FIT Roadshow lands at the University of Connecticut, Storrs Campus Student Recreation Center in Storrs, CT. This indoor, all-level fitness race covers 5K, featuring 10 functional DEKA zones with a 500-meter run before each zone. Four heat types—Age Group, Elite, Ruck, and Team—offer podiums and team recognition, and DEKA Marks earned here go onto the global leaderboard, with a path to the 2026 World Championships.
The roadshow is a slimmer version of the big event, with no elite cash prizes and no onsite merchandise. Finishers receive a DEKA FIT medal, a Trifecta wedge, and a finisher tee; participants may bring their own hydration and enjoy the onsite food vendor.
