New England DEKA FIT Roadshow

The 2025 New England DEKA FIT Roadshow takes place at the University of Connecticut, Storrs Campus. This indoor fitness competition features 10 functional fitness zones, each preceded by a 500-meter run, totaling a 5K distance. Designed for all fitness levels, the event challenges endurance, strength, and mental toughness through progressively demanding zones.

Participants can compete in various heats, including Age Group, Elite, Ruck, and Team categories. Finishers earn a medal, finisher tee, and a DEKA FIT Trifecta wedge, with results contributing to a global leaderboard and potential qualification for the DEKA World Championships.
