Event overview
The Delta Dental New England event is a half marathon held on October 18, 2026. The course is a point-to-point, downhill route that starts at Gould Hill Farm in Contoocook, New Hampshire and finishes at the New Hampshire State House in Concord. The race has a course time limit of 3.5 hours. The event includes a finisher medal and a performance fleece for the first 1,200 registrants. The race supports the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire and counts toward the Elliot Millennium Running Series jacket when combined with other qualifying events.
Logistics and race services
Aid stations are placed at approximately mile 2, 3.9, 6, 8.4, and 10.7; Gatorade is provided at each stop beginning at the 6-mile mark and GU Energy chews are available at the 8.3/8.4 mile water stop. Bathrooms are available at the start, at each aid station via port-a-johns, and at the finish. Gear can be checked at the start and will be transported to the finish for pick-up. Trash receptacles are provided at every aid station and mile marker; on-course littering can result in disqualification.
Parking is available near the finish in downtown Concord; there is no parking at the start and drivers must drop and go. Participant shuttles run between the finish and the start. Post-race refreshments include bottled water, sports drink, bananas and grab-and-go snacks.
