New Milford River Run 5K

New Milford River Run 5K & Kids’ Superhero Sprint takes place at Young’s Field in New Milford, Connecticut, as part of New Milford RiverFest. The event features a USATF-certified River Run 5K course along the scenic Housatonic River—a flat, fast out-and-back route ideal for competitive runners and casual walkers. The Kids’ Superhero Sprint offers a short, safe course for youngsters, with medals and prize opportunities.
