The 20th Annual New Year’s Eve At Noon 5K takes place on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Sandy Creek Park, 400 Bob Holman Road, Athens, GA 30607. The event includes a 5K race on paved roads throughout the park. The course is USATF certified (GA19034DJ) and can be used as a Peachtree qualifier. The event is held rain or shine; the only stated reason for cancellation is ice. Refreshments are provided after the race.
Registration, awards and series
Registration options include a fee structure through and after 12/01/25. Registrations made by 12/01/25 are listed with an option that includes a sweatshirt and an option without a sweatshirt; after 12/01/25 sweatshirts are not available. Race day registration is offered and sweatshirts are not available for race day registrants. Awards are presented to Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and 1st–3rd place in male and female 5-year age groups from 10 and under through 80 and over.
