Logistics and race details
Location and race logistics are centered at the Niles-Buchanan YMCA, 905 N Front Street, Niles, MI 49120. The 5K and 10K start and finish on 2nd Street behind the YMCA; the 1 Mile Fun Run starts and finishes at Plym Park. Packet pickup is available at the YMCA the day before the race and on race morning. Registration pricing changes by date with early, regular, and late periods; household pricing is available for groups up to eight people. There are no refunds, dogs are not allowed, and strollers are permitted with no fee for children in strollers.
Course notes: Main Street and the Main Street Bridge are not used; all participants cross the Broadway Street Bridge. The 5K route turns left onto Parkway at a route split while 10K runners continue straight on Broadway/Grant Street. Official timing is provided and results are available immediately via a QR code on race bibs. Awards include overall trophies and age-group medals (age groups run from 5–9 up to 80+).
