About the race
NYE Last Chance Trail Run - CorkScrew Edition takes place in Perryville, Arkansas, on the CorkScrew Loop around Lake Sylvia. The event offers a roughly 10-mile route on service roads around the lake, with shorter distances available. ALL paces are welcome—from walkers and joggers to runners, elites, horseback riders, and dogs.
The atmosphere is friendly and social: participants are encouraged to bring snacks and beer to share, while the organizers provide snacks, water, beer, and laughter. A post-run gathering may include a fire and conversation about the year ending and the new one beginning. It’s a community celebration for the runderful running community.
