Event overview
The O Holy Lights 5k Run/Walk takes place on December 13, 2025 at Freedom Factory in Bradenton, Florida. The event includes the following distances:

- 1 Mile Walk
Entry fees listed on the event page show the 5k at $35 and the 1 Mile Walk at $25. Both fees increase after the first 300 registrants. Registration closes on December 13, 2025.
Course, timing, awards, and extras
The 5k course begins with about 1 mile on off-road grassy areas, then moves to asphalt and concrete. The later part of the course includes hard pack sand/gravel through a car maze and finishes with laps on the Freedom Factory track. The 1 Mile Walk follows pavement only and is stroller and wheelchair friendly; it is not timed. Pets are not allowed.
The 5k is chip timed and awards are given by chip time. Awards are the top three male and top three female in each listed age group. Each registration includes a themed T-shirt. The first 1,000 registrants may opt to receive a Shoe Glow Light. A Christmas themed bucket hat is available during registration for $10, limited to 50 units. Packet pickup times and locations will be announced. The light display along the course includes around 80,000 lights, a lighted tunnel archway, and a 50-foot Christmas tree.
