O.D.B. Dash

The O.D.B. DASH 5K, powered by The Megan Aitken Team, is a charitable running event held in Middletown, Delaware, starting and finishing at Volunteer Brewing Company on West Main Street. The race features a fast, flat course through a residential neighborhood, ideal for runners and competitive walkers.

All proceeds benefit Our Daily Bread, a local organization providing nutritious meals to those in need. Participants receive tee shirts, post-race refreshments including beer for those over 21, and enjoy music and a supportive atmosphere.
