About the race
The Oktoberfest Trail Run in Farmersville, Texas, follows the Chaparral Trail, a reclaimed multi-use path that starts in Farmersville and spans 35+ miles. The Eco Series Prairie event offers 5K, 10K, half-marathon (13.1 miles), marathon (26.2 miles), and 50K distances, run on a fast, paved and crushed-stone trail with bridges through prairies and farmland. Start/Finish is near the Onion Shed, with a marked course and race brief.
This cupless race promotes sustainability, and finishers enjoy a complimentary Tupps Brewery beverage after crossing the line. Medals are awarded to top male and female in each distance.
