Old Hickory Lake Triathlon

The Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon, held in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is a beginner-friendly yet challenging event organized by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT). Taking place at the Saundersville Boat Ramp and First Baptist Church, the race features a 400-meter rolling start swim in Old Hickory Lake, followed by a 20-kilometer out-and-back bike course on a closed highway, and concludes with an out-and-back 5K run. The event offers individual sprint triathlon competition as well as all-male, all-female, and co-ed relay options.
