Old Highway Run

The Old Highway Run/Walk is a timed 5K event taking place on the scenic Old Highway in Islamorada, Florida. This annual race, previously known as the "Run for the Nurses," supports the Baptist Health Mariners Hospital Center for Excellence in Nursing. Participants can enjoy a flat, shaded course starting and finishing at Coral Shores High School.

The first 250 registrants will receive race shirts, and all finishers will earn a medal. Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories.
