Course, services, and policies
The course is a scenic single loop, primarily on grass, gravel trails, farm roads, and through the Bittner/Singer apple orchards, with a short section of asphalt near the finish. The course distance is approximately 3.2 miles. Trail conditions depend on weather; property owners may plow trails if needed, and surfaces could be snow covered, drifted, muddy, frozen, soft, or clear. Free parking is available at Marjim Manor. Professional timing is provided using Jaguar Electronic RFID timing by Race Management Solutions, with results available in real time and finisher certificates and photos downloadable after the race. Awards are presented to the first place overall male and female finishers. In case of foul weather or other safety concerns, organizers may reschedule the event or convert it to a virtual 5K; there are no refunds.
