Old Saybrook Goodwin Gallop 5K

The Old Saybrook Goodwin Gallop 5K, presented by Whelen Engineering, is a family-friendly running event organized by the Kathleen E. Goodwin School Parent Teacher Association. Scheduled for April 5, 2025, the event aims to raise funds for updating school play areas while promoting health and fitness within the community.

Participants can enjoy a fast and flat course along the Old Saybrook shoreline, with prizes awarded to overall and age group winners. A Kids Run will also be held, featuring a shorter course.
