Oldham County Sprint Triathlon

The Oldham County Sprint Triathlon, sanctioned by USAT, takes place at Wendell Moore Park in La Grange, Kentucky. This sprint triathlon features a 400-meter swim in the John W. Black Aquatic Center's 25-meter pool with time starts every 15 seconds.

The 10-mile bike course is a hilly route on local roads with police at major intersections, followed by a 3K run on park grounds that includes asphalt trails and some grass sections. The event welcomes individual competitors and teams, offering awards, cash prizes, and a post-race pizza party.
