Out of the Dark 10K

Out of the Dark 5K/10K takes place in downtown Troy, Alabama, anchored at the Downtown Square. The event offers three distances: a 1-mile route, a 5K, and a 10K, accommodating both walkers and runners. It is a charity-focused run/walk dedicated to raising awareness about the connection between suicide and traumatic brain injuries.

All proceeds support individuals with traumatic brain injuries by funding treatment at a specialized brain plasticity clinic that provides intensive therapy to rebuild cognitive, emotional, and physical function.
