Trekking poles are permitted. Courses are marked with colored surveyor ribbon about every 200 meters; blue ribbons indicate wrong-way trails. Drop bag service is not available.
Aid stations provide a variety of food and hydration items, including energy gels, chews, Stroopwafels, snacks, soda, water, and Skratch Labs sports hydration. Runners are encouraged to carry at least one 20 oz bottle. The event is cupless; runners must carry a bottle or reusable cup. Parking is available inside the park for a fee and limited street parking exists nearby. Dogs are not allowed in the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
