Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run

Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run is held in Bluffton, South Carolina on the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy’s expansive Lowcountry landscape. The event includes 10K Trail Run, 30K Trail Run, 50K Ultra Trail Run, plus 30K and 50K Relay Teams and a 10K Walk. The all-trail course winds through 20,000 private acres of tree-shaded forest, combining single-track, dirt, and gravel, including the 6.2-mile Buffalo Run interior trail through ancient maritime forests with a touch of mud.

Relay teams share the endurance on 30K or 50K routes. The race is cup-free, with hydration stations, an after party, and finishers’ medals and shirts supporting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
