Packet pickup is available on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 202 E. Countryside Parkway; packets may also be picked up on race day. Youth is defined as 16 years and younger. Registration fees change by date: $30 through August 31, 2025; $35 through September 30, 2025; $40 through October 31, 2025; $45 through November 22, 2025; and $50 through race day. Results are posted online at j3timing.com. Event features listed by the organizer include a finishers medal for all participants, a race hoodie for registrations made in early November (later registrations are not guaranteed a hoodie), prizes for 1st place overall male, female, and youth, and 1st–3rd place trophies by age group (16 and under, 17-29, 30-59, 60+; male and female).
