Patriots Triathlon
The Patriots Triathlon, held at Jamestown Event Beach Park near historic Williamsburg, VA, is a premier end-of-season multisport event offering Olympic and Sprint distance races, including individual, collegiate, aquabike, and relay categories. The Olympic course features a 1.5k swim, 40k bike, and 10k run, while the Sprint includes a 750m swim, 20k bike, and 5k run. The swim takes place in scenic Jamestown Beach with wildlife sightings like ospreys and dolphins.
The flat, fast bike course parallels the Cap-Cap trail along Rt. 5, extending into rural Charles City County. The run winds through historic farmland and forest on bike paths and trails.
