PawPals 4 Life 5k

PawPals 4 Life 5k is an off-road trail run/walk in Sorrento, Florida at Rock Springs Run State Reserve Trail, 30601 Wekiva River Road, Sorrento, FL 32776. The event offers a live in-person 5K Run/Walk and a Virtual 5K, running Oct 1–31, 2025. The in-person field is limited, with proceeds supporting the ASPCA during Adopt a Shelter Dog Month.

Participants and their PawPals receive a medal; dogs also get a matching dog medal and a race bandana, plus park entrance. Virtual runners have mailed shirts, finisher medals, and dog items.
