Paws Along The Erie 5K

The Paws Along The Erie 5K is a family-friendly running and walking event held at Chittenango Canal Landing in New York. Scheduled for September 6, 2025, it features a scenic, flat, out-and-back 5K course on a stone dust trail at the Old Erie Canal Park. Participants can choose from a 5K run or walk, with options to include their dogs, as well as a virtual race.

The event also offers a nature trail walk of about 0.5 miles. Registration includes a T-shirt, snacks, water, and a commemorative medal. Proceeds support the Wanderers’ Rest Humane Association, promoting animal welfare.
