About the race
PCOS Trailblazers 5K Atlanta: Walk, Hike, or Run for PCOS Awareness is held at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs, GA (1750 Mt Vernon Rd). The event offers a 5K (3.1 miles) route along the Yellow Trail and a 1-mile Fun Hike option. It’s described as family-friendly and untimed, open to all ages and fitness levels, with in-person and virtual participation.
Special features include light refreshments, yoga, a live painting and auction, and PCOS information booths and guest speakers. Registration includes a race bib and event T-shirt, with post-race snacks. On-site parking is $5 cash; a September-wide virtual option is also available.
