PCOS Trailblazers 5K

The PCOS Trailblazers 5K is a family-friendly event held on September 28, 2025, at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs, Georgia. Participants can walk, hike, or run a 3.1-mile course along the park's Yellow Trail, known for its scenic beauty and connection to famous film locations. A 1-mile fun hike is also available for those preferring a less challenging route.
