Phomo 50k
The PhoMo 50K is a challenging ultramarathon held in the scenic Phoenix Mountain Preserves, Arizona, starting and finishing at the Piestewa Peak Trailhead. Covering 31.2 miles (50 km) with over 6,000 feet of elevation gain, the course features rocky, technical terrain with minimal shade, demanding strong preparation for warm weather. The unmarked route requires participants to use GPX navigation on watches or smartphones.
Aid stations with water and snacks are located at the 9.9 and 26.2-mile marks, with additional water fountains and restrooms at key trailheads.
