Phylicia Carson Memorial 5k in Osage Beach, Missouri is a memorial running/walk event at 1000 City Pkwy. It features a 5k Walk/Run for adults and a Kids Only 5k Walk/Run, with proceeds supporting Pregnancy Help Center LOZ and Missouri COPS.
