The Pinhoti 100 is an annual premier 100-mile ultramarathon held in Sylacauga, Alabama, traversing the scenic Pinhoti Trail through the Talladega National Forest. This point-to-point race starts at Pine Glen Campground near Heflin and finishes at the Sylaward Trail Head at Lake Howard. The course features 83 miles of single-track trail, 17 miles of jeep roads, and 2 miles of pavement, including challenging terrain such as rocky paths, creeks, and the highest point in Alabama.

With a 31-hour time limit, the race offers a unique journey with no loops or repeats. Aid stations and crew support are available at designated points, and all finishers receive a commemorative buckle.
