Pints & Paws 5K

Pints & Paws 5K is a downtown Rock Springs, Wyoming race starting and finishing at Square State Brewing. This downtown 5K winds through historic Rock Springs, featuring a mix of flat stretches and gentle inclines, and showcasing murals, parks, and that high desert charm. The event welcomes runners, walkers, strollers, and well-behaved dogs.

Registration includes a long-sleeve tech shirt, a free Square State beer for 21+ participants, a race bib with timing, and finish-line festivities with music, food, and fundraising.
