Pleasant Mountain Race

Website Registration

The Pleasant Mountain Race, held in Bridgton, Maine, is a challenging 21k trail run featuring technical single-track trails and scenic views along Pleasant Mountain’s iconic ridge. The course includes significant elevation gains, with a steep 1700-foot climb over 2 miles up Bald Peak, followed by a 1900-foot ascent over 2.5 miles to the summit via the Southwest Ridge Trail. Runners navigate rugged terrain, including the technical Sue’s Way trail, before finishing at the Pleasant Mountain East Lodge.

The event offers an aid station with snacks and hydration, mandatory safety gear due to variable mountain weather, and a festive afterparty with food, beer, and live music. Proceeds support local land conservation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
