About the race
Pleasanton Rotary Halloween Spirit Run takes place in Downtown Pleasanton along Main Street. It offers 5K and 10K Run/Walk events, plus Kids Challenge with a 1/4 mile and a 100-yard dash. The atmosphere invites costumes; participants are encouraged to wear them as they complete the course starting and finishing on Main Street.
To celebrate its 32nd running, finisher medals will be awarded to all 5K, 10K, and Kids Race participants, with options to upgrade shirts. Proceeds benefit scholarships for Pleasanton students and Rotary community and international projects. Leashed dogs are allowed in the longer races, and strollers are welcome—back-of-pack start recommended for strollers.
