The Providence Monster Dash takes place on Sunday, October 26, 2025 in Downtown Providence, Rhode Island at 250 South Water Street. The event includes an in-person 5K, a Kids Monster Dash for children 12 and under, and a virtual 5K run/walk. The kids race is open to ages 12 and under; girls run first followed by the boys race. Parents may run with their children. A costume contest is part of the event with prizes of $100 for the best individual costume and $200 for the best team costume (minimum three people).

Entries, packet pickup, and awards
Entry fees for the 5K change by date: $32 until 7/31/2025, $34 from 8/1/2025 to 9/30/2025, $36 from 10/1/2025 to 10/25/2025, and $40 for walk-up registration on race day. Kids Monster Dash fees are $17 until 7/31/2025, $18 from 8/1/2025 to 9/30/2025, $19 from 10/1/2025 to 10/25/2025, and $20 walk-up. Online registration closes at 8:00 p.m. on 10/25/2025. No refunds are offered. No pets are allowed and strollers must start in the back for safety.
Pre-race packet pickup is Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25 at Marathon Sports, Level 1, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI. Race day packet pickup is on South Water Street. Individual awards include top 3 overall and age-group winners; individual awards are scored on gun time.
