Pure Water Day Races
The Pure Water Days Races, held annually in August at the Chippewa Falls YMCA in Wisconsin, offer a variety of running and walking events for all ages and abilities. Distances include a 200-meter dash for youth, a one-mile fun run, a two-mile fit walk through Erickson and Irvine Parks, a scenic 4-mile run starting and ending at the YMCA, and a half marathon named in memory of Bill Roegge, featuring countryside and park views. Participants receive finisher medals and t-shirts, with aid stations providing water along the courses.
The event also includes the myTEAM TRIUMPH races, promoting inclusion by pairing able-bodied "Angels" with athletes with disabilities, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
