About the race
Race For Permanent Sanctuary Family Fun Run is a community fundraiser in Sugar Land, Texas, at Sugar Land Memorial Park's Main Pavilion (15300 University Boulevard). The event offers a kids 1K (timed) and a 5K Run (timed), with chip timing and a family-friendly atmosphere featuring food and music before and after the race. The scenic course starts at the Main Pavilion by the lake, with parking at the same location and no dog park parking.
Strollers are welcome and pets are not allowed on the course. All registration fees support The Sanctuary Foster Care Services; medals are awarded for Kids 1K finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
