Purpose and details
All proceeds from the Race for Recovery 5k will fund services for Drug Court participants to support recovery and community reintegration. The event has a Dia De Los Muertos theme and includes a community altar to honor those who have passed. The race will feature post-race food, medals, awards, and social activities.
The Drug Court program has operated for over two decades and provides services intended to reduce drug use and crime and to support individuals and families affected by alcohol and drug issues.
