Race the Rocks

Race the Rocks Mountain Challenge is a 50K mountain run set in the City of Rocks National Reserve and Castle Rocks State Park near Almo, Idaho. The cross-country course winds primarily on single-track trails amid granite spires, featuring the legendary Log Run—a 1,500-foot ascent in about a mile. Runners climb to the high point at Graham Peak, rewarded with sweeping panoramas of towering spires and rugged scenery.
