Race to the Center Half Marathon

Race to the Center Half Marathon is a rural Kansas event running from Smith Center to the Geographic Center of the Contiguous United States near Lebanon. The course is on unpaved country roads through the Kansas prairie, offering a peaceful atmosphere and scenic views. The event features three options: Half Marathon Running, Half Marathon Cycling, and a 10k Run, all USA Track & Field certified.

Participants enjoy seven water stations with fruit, restrooms, and post-race refreshments, including breakfast burritos. The finish occurs at the Geographic Center, where an awards ceremony is held.
