Teams can enter in several formats: Standard Team (12 runners, 2 days, 1 night, $2,190), Ultra Team (6 runners, 2 days, 1 night, $1,355), Sprint Team (6 runners, 1 day, $790) and Sprint Ultra (3 runners, 1 day, $445). Standard team runners complete three legs each; Ultra team runners complete six legs. Major exchanges include St. Ambrose Cellars (Exchange 6) and Onekama Park (Exchange 12). The start line is at Open Space Park, 111 W Grandview Parkway, Traverse City, MI 49684. The finish line is at Pere Marquette Park, 3510 Channel Dr, Muskegon, MI 49441. Included with team entry are partner samples, a captain’s gift, team medals and team finisher shirts. On-course amenities listed include food trucks at major exchanges, a beachfront finish area at The Deck with team food and beverage arrangements, sampling stations, recovery products and a Natures Bakery café and lounge.
