Rector Labor Day 5K

Rector Labor Day 5K Run/Walk is a community fundraising event held at Rector High School, West 5th Street, Rector, AR. The annual 5K supports the RHS Helping Hands Foundation. The course is a 5K open to runners and walkers of all ages, with a family-friendly atmosphere and a route map available.

The event is officially timed by Stearns Racing, and participants can purchase an official Helping Hands 5K T‑shirt. Proceeds fund scholarships, school supplies, basic healthcare, musical instruments, athletic equipment, and trip expenses for Rector Public Schools, guided by school staff.
